Comments on alleged order not to work last December 26, 2014 and other non working holdidays

This office had to ask other SBUs as late as 11 pm last Friday why they are not not submitting text report. on sales and collection.  for the day. The SBU head reasoned out that they were not ordered not to work, allegedly by somebody from 3ffb. (Well the reply was wrong, because we were talking about reports and the fact was they did not text in  report.  All they should place was zero.  We are to report every day as part of good manage.

MAY THIS OFFICE MAKE SOME COMMENTS:

1.  it is part of our belief to serve the customers and they come to our office even on Sundays and holidays. That is why we encourage our staff:

    1.  To come to work on Sundays since most of interments are on Sunday

There are no Sundays and holidays for superior customer service -  Carl Sewell "Customers for Life"

3ffb staff are supposed to work on Sunday to monitor people working on Sundays at the SBUs.  (We had to dismiss an employee who refused such a work assignment on Sunday kasi di niya type)

We solicit requests for OT and or skeletal work force when faced with holiays schedule.

    2.  We collect tidy sum on those days.  Yesterday, if we elected not to work, we would have lost P230,000 in collection

How I wish our staff would clear with this office if they are contradicting/opposing
against the corporate beliefs and principles or work somewhere else if they dislike such beliefs.than wreak havoc on our practices and operations and results.

How I wish this would be discussed with this in private, and or cleared prior to issuing such reckkless unauthorized or contradictory orders.

No wonder, some 3ffb staff did not report to work nor answered text messages last December 26.This office though is glad that there were sensible people who elected to work.

Please let us discuss these eventually with the concerned person who made the contrary decision or if this was merely an alibi of an SBU not to work being immature themselves

Creating superior customer experience:

Seven essentials of customer service

October 04, 2014

Customers for life:

Why if?   We can only talk about reality?  How do you show this customer service.  Please be specific.

How do you answer the emails especially if they are informative and academics:

1.  What did you learn?

2.  What is the relation of what you learn to what you all ready know?

3.   How do you apply what you have learned from this post, from this memo, email:

May be we are not reading hard/deep enough if we can not answer the 3.  We need to reflect on these.

Or maybe we did not read well?

if you love your customers, customers will love you too if you follow this real world, proven plan and if you believe  it in your heart and soul you will understand like Carl. Think about what you want as a customer, this is what Carl shows you. He shows you how to become one with your customer.

mercy :)

When Carl Sewell joined the family firm in 1967 it was third out of three Cadillac dealerships in Dallas. Today it's the
biggest in America, $450million big, and all built on Sewell's Ten Commandments of Customer Service. His principles
work across the full market spectrum from Chevvys to Cadillacs and from Hyundais to Lexuses and will almost
certainly apply just as well to solicitors, utilities, hotels, supermarkets - or any other business that wants its customers
to keep coming back. In fact, 'Customers for Life' is what Carl Sewell has called his excellent book explaining the Ten
Commandments (see below). In this article Nigel Hill examines some of the amazing customer service feats that have
been perpetrated in their name.
1. Bring 'em back alive
Ask customers what they want and
give it to them again and again.
2. Systems not smiles
Saying please and thank you doesn't
ensure you'll do the job right first time,
every time. Only systems guarantee
you that.
3. Under promise, over deliver
Customers expect you to keep your
word. Exceed it.
4. When the customer asks the
answer is always 'yes'
Period.
5. Fire your inspectors and consumer
relations' department
Every employee who deals with clients must
have the authority to handle complaints.
6. No complaints? Something's
wrong
Encourage your customers to tell you
what you're doing wrong.
7. Measure everything
Baseball teams do it. Football teams do it.
Basketball teams do it. You should too.
8. Salaries are unfair
Pay people like partners.
9. Your mother was right
Show people respect. Be polite. It works.
10. Japanese them
Learn how the best really do it; make their
systems your own. Then improve them.

Great sales people are apostles of Carl Sewell

"Pag gusto, may paraan; pag ayaw, maraming dahilan " BIDDA: " believe, inspire, dream, do, achieve"

From Sales Hunter | December 19, 2013

It is 5 days before Christmas. Merry Christmas.

Carl Sewell is a great customer service guy. I think he started the 24/7 thing.  There are no holidays, Sundays, and after office hours for CS.  And so with selling.

It you expect to be success by working only 8 hours a day, then we are mistaken.

What is the secret of success:   Hard work, work hard, hard work.

You have to give more than what you receive.  Sow and what you reap.

"Pag may isinuksok, may madukot"(ducut of ERC?)

What you sow, you reap.    Need we say more about the value of doing what you love, and loving what you do.  If you love what you do, and you know you are doing good for family, society and mankind, then you stop working for the rest of your life.

0.  Great salespeople don’t stop at the end of the day.
To them, the end of the day is that point in time where average salespeople call it a day.  Great salespeople understa
nd how success is being available 24/7.  To them 24/7 is not a hassle, because they truly love what they do and they love even more the ability to help their customers.
The idea of working only 8 hours a day and thinking you’re going to be a top performer is laughable.   Get over it. If you only want to work 8 hours a day, then you might as well get used to being average, and I will even say average at best.
Chances are if you’re in a competitive organization/industry, you won’t even make it out of the bottom fourth of salespeople.
Top performing salespeople understand the importance of returning the phone call now, instead of waiting for tomorrow.  They know the value of following up today — taking care of customer requests sooner than later.
Great salespeople don’t keep track of the hours they work. That’s something low performing people do.  The great salesperson is having too much fun helping people and making an impact on those with whom they come in contact.
To them the sales profession is not something they do to pay the bills. Rather they do what they do because they feel it is a calling.
Does this mean a great salesperson doesn’t have a life?  On the contrary! They will say they have an amazing life. It’s an amazing life because of what they do.
Many times the best ideas come not when we’re hurriedly racing around doing our job, but rather when we’ve stepped back from the job and are spending time reflecting on what we do.
This is where the great salesperson leaps ahead of the average person.
They schedule time regularly on the weekend to reflect on the business to build on ideas and to explore.   To them it’s not work, but rather a challenge they can’t pass up to be continually looking for new avenues to help them succeed.

How to sell more - More tips, More Ideas

TO     :   All Marketing staff:

              CMO, CSS, OSC Sales Agencies

Some new ideas on how to sell:

l.  Really Carl Sewell is right.  You can sell at night and not during office hours.  The best place to sell is during wake/paburol when people are receptive to have memorial park lots.  <There are no after office office hours, Sundays and holidays for intement.

2.  The other venue to get sales is during interment.

3.  The events that you (periodic) should enable you to close lots;  say dinner or lunch or panigang (inviting top 25 customers or hot prospects to a lunch)

4  FOFF solicitation is an effective way of getting sales leads. Please do it.

5. You really have to think of events to generate sales.

6.  Recruitment, motivation of agent is really a top priority and a strategy that must be paid attention. to

7.  New products:

     1.  12 lots GE   /

     2.  18 lots GE   ?

     3.  30 lots   ?

     4.  8 lots double niche

Let us hasten # 7
