You are a VICTOR when:
1. You are able to achieve your plans
2. You are resourceful rather than resource based
3. You are always positive, you see the bright side of things
4. You are determined --> you go on and on despite odds and obstacles
5. You look for real facts and reality rather than base your opinions on hearsays and gossip
6. You are action oriented
7. You are proactive
You are victim when:
1. The world is so full of obstacles and difficulties that you cant move
2. You are negative you see the worst and the challenges in life
3. You see only problems and why a thing cant be done
4. Your life and vocabulary is full of alibis and excuses;
5. You are reactive, reactionary
WHICH ONE ARE YOU? Who do you want to be: a victor or victim?

Some conclusions thoughts on Pyramid of Communication

These are some of the thoughts and conclusion this post made on the Pyramid of Communications (as you prepare to make your ppt/slides)
1. You begin with the problem on top, followed by the complications, and then the questions on how to and why (operational guidelines na ito)
2. The layering is by 3: 3 complications, and 3 questions each for complication; the principle is the 7 max bits that the mind can take (the numbers also of computer, 8, 16, 32 bits 56 etc.
Hence the maximum load of each page is 4 x 4 (4 lines with 4 words each)
3. The items must be mutually exclusive (di magkamukha) and exhaustive (all bases covered) Complete
There must be vertical and horizontal logic (so yong exclusive) vertical (relevant)
Logic - deductive sysllogism (from universal to specific) I therefore conclude)
inductive (from specifics to universal) coming from survey, statistical analysis) as trending
4. We liken this to
GROW memo with Goal at top, followed by Reality,, then Options and WTDN

Mind Mapping by Mind Map video

Some rules on followership:
1. The buck stops at your desk. No finger pointing an alibis
2. Follow and obey, shut up, or get out of the way;
3. Be a action rather than problem oriented;
4. If you have a problem, go to your superior with a proposal for a solution; do not ask your boss for a solution
