Respect and reverence to the superiors of St Peter Chapels

Subject :  Respect and Reverence to the Office of the Managing Director

(This was texted earlier last Saturday, but as it was, only BGG who replied and made a comment.  Not answering emails and SMS strains your performance evaluation;  you may get zero for this (many do not get promoted or have same salary because they do not comply with PE and are not promoted)

I happened to be on the same plane as Mr. York Vitangcol and his wife who were attending the blessing and inauguration of a chapel in Iloilo City last August 8, 2014

A full entourage of employees wearing Barong Tagalog and Patadyong with Tarp welcoming Mr York and wife greeting the top honcho of St Peter.

As for this office, those who would fetch me were late;  (at times I had to take the van because the company vehicle was undergoing repair)  

In some meetings, some parties come late (sometimes one hour late) nor even bother to stand up when I arrive in front of them

Does this very poor regard to the office of the Managing Director reflect on the poor performance of the SBU (or sometimes even quarreling or spiting this office)

What changes can take place?

What can this office expect from the SBU?

How come our BPI posts are hardly read?

I am posting this to encourage readership.  I found out that we have a lot of problems in compliance and even marketing because:    even the chiefs do not understand what we are doing.

I checked this site and there are posts with zero visits.  We cant expect to move forward if we do not have discipline of:

l.   communicating,

2.  reading;

3.  understanding;

4. complying with what was communicated.

5.  the FAR

     focus

     attention

    reverence.

I checked the email links of the Holy Gardens Bulletin board and I found out that there  are emial links to all sbu.That means to say every post is emailed to their gmail accounts.

How come many of our posts have zero visits?

They are not reading the posts.?  Why?  Can we improve our communication and work habits

Just to make sure, they have to register their names under comments.  This will form part of the Performance Evaluation
