SUBJECT    :          INCENTIVES FOR HGMP STAFF FOR SECOND QUARTER ONWARDS (2013)
I. BACKGROUND:

Sales Performance for the past months were remarkably high compared to last year's performance. But there is still no concrete incentive mechanics to motivate more our staff for perform at their best.    First quarter performance is 30% higher than last year's performance.

II. OBJECTIVES:
1.       To motivate key staff;
2.       To encourage performance at their best;
3.       To achieve sales of 300 lots monthly;

WHAT: Incentives for HGMP Staff
a.    MONTHLY AMORTIZATION INCENTIVE
1.       1% of Monthly Amortizations (PDC payments are excluded, includes payments through bank)
-          7% goes to the SFC
2.       5% of the penalties on arrears & Forfeitures
-          3% goes to the SFC(SBU)

NB: The customer’s reward of 100.00 GC for every P2,500.00 is hereby cancelled

b.    COST REDUCTION SAVINGS
10% of savings of gas, repairs and maintenance, telephone, lights and water, transportation (versus monthly average of last year)
(Except for Savings from Solar of HGGMP)
-          5% goes to the SFC

Qualifiers:
1.       Not more than three (3)unexcused absences for the last 30 days;
2.       Religious submission of Daily Reports;
3.       Prompt daily submission of 3FFB requirements on or before 5:00 PM(Abstract, Deposit Slip, Bank Balances, Text Report) for the last 30 days;
*No need for follow-up otherwise the date it was followed up will mean 1/30th deduction
4.       Submission of at least 5 Book Summaries not later than June 30, 2013. 
PROCESSING:
a.      Frequency of payment is monthly;
c.      When to pay: 15 days after the end of the reference month;
d.      Who will compute: Accounts Payable
e.      Who will recommend: Officer-In-Charge
f.        Who will approve: Senior Managing Director
g.      Who will record and keep data: Accounts Receivable Assistant

Applicability:  This shall apply to the Second Quarter which will end on June 30, 2013

This supersedes previous incentive mechanics that were approved earlier.

SUBJECT    :          INCENTIVES FOR HGMP STAFF FOR SECOND QUARTER ONWARDS (2013)

I. BACKGROUND:

WHAT: Incentives for HGMP Staff
1.       Percentage:   1% of sales over the baseline of the SBU.
2.       Baseline is 2012 Performance divided by 11 months;
3.       50% of the 1% of sales over the baseline goes to the CMO;
4.       20% of the 1% of sales over the baseline goes to the CSS 1;
5.       10% of the 1% of sales over the baseline goes to the CSS 2;
