Improvements of Interment

IMPROVEMENTS OF INTERMENT

I look forward to improvements  in interment as contained in the marketing plan:

l.   New motifs;

2.  Uniform

(The appearance of ISG should be improved as in HGGMP)

3.  Lapel mikes

4.  Reporting  (dapat notification should be made promptly to you and this office)

5.  Incentives (many of the staff involved in interment should receive incentives by following the incentive rules)

6.  Grasses and markers installed within 7 days after interment (improve procurement and logistics to be able to do these)

    New motifs/Uniforms- HGOMP,HGCMP already submitted the PDCA and I already checked them. Ready for your approval. HGGMP-ASR will submit today the PDCA

    HGLUMP-already purchased amerikana at ukay-ukay. they will use on Feb 8,2012 interment. Pictures will upload right after the interment.

    Lapel mikes-canvass,pictures and request of purchase already forwarded in your email and to HLC. According to HLC it is ready for presentation and approval.

    Encourage every SBU to complete all the packages included especially markers and bermuda to qualify for incentives.

    As of this time markers are updated except last Feb 4 and 5 interments.

    Propagation of bermuda at nursery start to improve (palaguhin/mapadami) so that in case of lack of supply we can get bermuda at nursery.
