Things that we can benchmark from the above pictures:
ReplyDelete1. Lighted bulbs as decoration during November for Nov 1 celebration and on December as Christmas decoration.
As early as today look for suppliers of bulbs and segregate budget in every SBU for the purchase on Oct 2012.
2.Simple directional sign but readable in all SBU. Revised PDCA and availability of budget for implementation
3. Due of lack of budget in order to have massing on shrubs at SBU. Maghingi ng halaman sa bahay bahay like HGPMP did. Gawin ding shrubs ang ficus kasi madaling magpatubo. Padadalahan ng Pangasinan ang La Union ng mga napatubo na.
4. Paglalagay ng dried flowers sa CR as deodorizer.
5. Paglalagay ng calachuchi flowers ng HGLUMP at HGGMP sa center table as replacement of fresh flowers.
6. Benchmark the tarpaulin size and design. Not so big with meaningful content.

1.Deodorizer in Comfort Rooms
Memorial Park - Repaint ng CR from dark Green to Off White,maglalagay soap, mirror,at dried flower deodorizer na nagsisilbing design na nakakapagparelax sa loob ng CR.
Office - pag lalagay ng dried flower deodorizer
2. Directional Sign - simple pero naiintidindihan para sa mga dumaraan, ito po ang kailangan ng HGCMP para mas ma identify kung saan ang MP natin at mas makilala ang ating Memorial Park. Gagawa po ng pdca at budget po para dito.
3. Waving of plants with meaning - katulad po ng ating topiary, pagagandahin at dadagdahgan ang bermuda aming topiary, magtatanim ng maraming santan, red creeper at golden duranta upang maitanim ito sa entrance, sabi nga ang mukha ng ating MP at makikita sa Entrance gate.
4. Fresh flowers sa center table ng office, katulad ng birds of paradise maaring hingiin at matagal malanta.
5. Bagamat kulang po kami sa budget para sa pambili ng mga halaman, manghihingi po sa mga kakilala, kapitbahay o sa bukid bukid na napupuntahan from saturation, leafletting and collection.
Gagawin po namin ito sa aming SBU ng sama sama at nagkakaisa upang madagdagan ang aming benta at collections.

ReplyDelete1. Lighted bulb and colorful bulbs to be installed near our trees or lawn area to emphasize the view and gives additional attraction. Instead of puttimg christmas lights it is better to put lighted bulbs which can also serve as lights in the evening.
Pagplanuhan na po ang pagbili po ng mga ganitong klase ng bulb para ma-budgetan at maiprepare for November 1 event this 2012.
2. Simple and economical way of posting directional signages. Pwede po namin irevise yung pdca ng mga directional signage at gumawa ng ganitong klaseng directional signages. Plain GI sheet lang po yung ginamit, pininturahan lang at kinabit na sa mga puno.
3. Para magaya ang massing ng mga halaman pwedeng manghingi ng mga shrubs tulad ng cuttings ng dwarf santan, duranta, ficus, etc.

ReplyDelete1. Paglalagay ng dried flowers as deodorizer - Ang mga dried flowers na pinupulot sa mga grave site sa lawn ay titiyagaing ipunin para mailagay sa comfort rooms;
2. Light Bulbs - start canvassing and identify location kung saan maglalagay as early as possible para tamang tama pagdating ng November 1
3. Waving and Massing - Nagsisimula na kaming mag-ipon ng mga shrubs para mabenchmark namin ang landscaping sa island.
4. There would be no more alibis, just solutions and new ideas.
