Goal setting until the end of the year and proposed rewards

We brainstormed with SAA and MT the possibility of levelling up our  sales performance until the end of the year (doubling)  in view of the promos and new projects and products

What:    To up the commitment of every one towards the achievement of sales targets and give corresponding rewards:

Objectives:  

1.  To motivate liven up the morale of staff who are now complacent;  We sell roughly only 50 units a month for entire group

2.  To reward the doers;

3.  To lessen adversaries, oppositors and restraining forces

4.  To set clear goals and standards:

      1.  To achieve sales of 13,000 uniuts (@P30,000) by year end, HAMP not yet included

      2.   To give due rewards in terms of bonus to SBUs and 3ffb

    N.B.   

   1. La Union has marching orders to sell 50% of inventory in 6 months, they want to participate in libre pa tsikot pa suv kung benta pa more

   2.  Pangasinan  has an expansion involving +  11,000 additional inventories for expansion, they are included in the sellers pakotse sellers promo

   3. Calamba likewise

   4.  Calapan will have a new chief, and is likely to recruit more staff and is interested also in patsikot (for the sellers)

   5.  We do not know what is in the mind of Oton, however they do not have much inventories any more

   6.  Calapan has expressed interest ano ang target


3.  How do we get there:

     Internal:

     1. Complete the staff:   kulang sa Oton, Calapan, La Union and Calamba

     2.  Get the best staff and train them intensively  remove the dead log and rotten apples:   those who have data and who cant adopt to our system:    prompt delivery of results, being resourceful,having leadership

     3.  Recruit and train sellers

     4.  Fix our system:

          1.  Logistics for PPA

          2.  Processing of PPA

          3.  Accounting and abstract submission

          4.  Payment of outright commission and 7% backlog

    5.  Completion of project requirements (say by October:     plans, dev permit, LTS submision


    6.  Commitment buying in by every one;   oppositors, those who cant do are not welcome

    7.  New products: (mga patok at mura)

         1.  Plot plus  IS combo say: in Calamba:

              P36,000   +   12,300     +  48,300 or even flat na P800.00 per month

             in Pangasinan that would be:

            P30,000 +    12.300     =  P42,000   or P700 monthly may kasama nang libreng interment (so with La Union and Calapan, or Oton)

         2.  Cremation +  ash crypt (on usufruct 50 years contract)

            1.   60 x 40 x 40  (our commercial high end ash crypt)

             P36.000 only       P600.00 monthl

             P24,000 ash crypt +   P12,000 cremation    P400.00 monthly

What are the proposed catalysts/rewards:

       1. Bonus:  for 2017  (for board approval)

          +  1.5 months on top of the 13th month  (to be given after verification of sales reports if sales is 14,000 units,  (1 unit  =  30,000 at least)   P42,000

          +  3.0 months  on top of 13th month if total sales achievement for 2017 is 16, 000 units ( P480,000,000)

         Kasama HAMP

      Qualifiers:

     1.  Subject to audited and verified sales report with deposit slips;  accounts not in arrears,   PPA are submitted and signed

    2.  Only R2 staff gets full bonus; also those who are with us for one year or more, GT and TS; the trainees get only 50%

   3.  No Class D and E offense or charges for such offenses

   4.   Kumpleto staff  (plantialla as defined in the admin plan)    

   5.  95% attendance during the year

   6.  Hindi reklamador

   7.  Only 3% pending problems

   2. Bongacious awarding or Christmas get together:

      (can be in Jan or Feb to determine the winner

      Sa Hotel or Resort, we plane in awardees:  top sellers, pa hotel

      P200,000 sa venue at food

     P200,000 for plane in and hotel

     Computation:

      Bonus say 3 months:    

      Say P1,000,0000 salaries and wages x 3       P3,000,000
