What: SUV and car incentives for Pangasinan and Holy Gardens Calamba expansion for certain number of plots sold
Objectives:
1. To sell 3,000 plots each year in Calamba and Pangasinan
2. To drive home more positivism in the SBUs
3. To sell out the projects in 5 years time for Pangasinan, and
10 years for Calamba
4. To finish the construction for each one in five years time
Background:
1. Our campaign which involved granting of cars has been successful in 2015 but most of them were concentrated in Calamba; in 2017, there were top sellers in Pangasinan who obviously are eyeing to get cars
2. But the program then was for highest in the entire country rather than for each SBU and it was simply being the highest.
3. If we can have program wherein the sellers can each target, or have a vision to earn a car/SUV

Mechanics:
1. Who: Sales Director or Sellers who can individually sell 600 plots at least in a year. Open for every one, not SD alone
SBU - Calamba and Pangasinan
The SD, SM, or SE must write a commitment target and that he/she is joining the promo The sales of hose who join the promo and are under SD or SM will have to be excluded in sales performance of the SD; It is however that sales agencies remain united and intact
Our current prizes now are 1% for sales execs if they can sell 10 plots per month or 30 quarter
2% for SD if they can sell and meet target of 100 per quarter so they need only 3 sellers meeting their targets to earn additional 2%
HOWEVER THESE ARE WAIVED (not to be given anymore) if they elect the car prizes as this additional 3%!!

2. The promo shall be based on PPA and validated sales report
3. Sales of P30,000 and above shall be included; those whose accounts are in arrears shall be excluded/deducted from the sales performance. Pre selling ie borrowings and double your money promo are excluded from this promo Credit for P30,000 plot sales is only P900.00 per plot, P1,000 is for P36,000 and above price
4. Promo period shall be 1 year from the start of the campaign. Sales during this period shall be accumulated
To make it easy for the award it is suggested that:the SBU tabulate the sales of their top notchers. Those who are joining the promo shall also likewise:
1. Keep a photo copy of their PPA achievement. Their signatures shall be visible at the PPA
2. Keep an accurate record of their sales
3. Collect from their buyers during the collection period; accounts in arrears are to be excluded
5. The price of the cars and SUV are based on August 2017 prices prior to imposition of excise taxes; should there be price increases of SUV and cars, the number of plots that are to be sold must will be adjusted accordingly
The SUV car prize is computed at P1,000 per plot
Thus if the SUV price is now computed at P1,500,000 and equivalent of 1,500 plots and the price went up to P1,700,000, there has to be 200 additional sales or downgrade to car of an equivalent amount
6. The car shall be awarded 90 days after the end of the 1 year period
7. The SUV car shall not be awarded in case of Class D offense, especially those involving malversation, defalcation, or dishonesty in sales practices
