Training is an essential part to teach a certain people in what he/she will do. After the training, as he/she accomplish something from his job and doing his best to achieve or to be productive, you can say that he trained very well. In 3FFB, every AM talk we learn something from the discussions and from that learning we able apply it to our duties. As a Sales Admin, I know I have many things to know more and the management is very eager to train me to be a best Sales Admin.
