There seems to be lack of fire, passion as we seek to increase our business and pursue our vision. Lackluster, lack of passion
Somebody was talking in PTV, about his astringent business. It fell flat on his face, as failure in 1998, after starting out well in 1992.. That was the time of the Asian Crisis. From 500 total employees, the number went down to only 5. His customers did not pay him: thus he did no have money to pay his suppliers and his employees. Until he found a formulation that did not have side effects as burns, and other negative effect. He found niche in removal of stretch marks for those who gave birth. So his advice, is to be successful in any business, as Steve Jobs say, LOVE WHAT YOU DO. And love this with all your heart.
In addition, we can benchmark Nanette Medved who was successful in her purified water business by putting love of children, ie donating school buildings for children, as she sells her hope mineral water.
Nanette Medved. Real Life Hero (no longer a Darna wonder woman) dedicating 100% of their sales to building school buildings (they built 37 so far) This has landed her a place in Forbes List of Philanthropists
We can do the same. Before we had Amado Saguinsin Memorial Foundation which provided free scholarship for poor but deserving students, helped build churches, donated books and other stuff to schools.
Even without a foundation: we can do the following:
1. Allocate 10% of NI of expansion of memorial parks: Malasiqui and Calamba for the following purpposes:
70% for school buildings: in Laguna and Pangasinan say 300 m x 10% P30,000,0000
10% for feeding program
20% for orphanages and home for the aged
