3. Those who are ahead are those who can move faster, (less friction, and more movement towards the same direction
4. In order to have shared vision, we need followership
One of the first things we discuss on orientation day is OBEDIENCE. Pagtalima
Following what is ordered or listed as procedure, or seeking approval that is not in the procedures.
In order to be a good leader, one must learn to be a good follower. From following, we learn how to issue orders and direction later on.
Situation:
1. We do not get the reports on time: or we get text reports varying with the sales reports
2. We find challenges in submission of documents: Hataw 1, Hataw 2 and 3
3. SBUs do not read blogs/e mails.
4. SBUs do not post at:
Archives (Oton and Calamba)
Birthdays and anniversaries
Obits
FOFF
TRT (Calamba)
5. We have had several cases of usurpation and or acting without consent or authority of 3ffb
1. Violating the business plan and the signed price list. In the latter, we are to lose P30 million for this disobedience.
2. HR authorized the arrival of OJT without the PDCA being approved. How come?
3. The requirements of travel notice is not being enforced; up to now, this office has not received accomplishment report of the travel;
4. PMRSS of campaigns: November 1, Teachers Month
6. Some staff:
1. Do not arrive at agreed time, nor arrive at appointments
2. Do not come to meetings prepared
3. Submit required minutes and deliverables
7. Emails blogs are not read.
This has become epidemic and widespread, making one suspect of widespread mutiny and breakdown in morale and discipline? Is this correct?
What are the causes?
1. Miscommunication
2. Hard headedness?
3. Stupidity
4. Computer again
5. Or plain and simple insubordination?
Question:
1. How do we make every one in the organization follow this simple basic rule of obedience?
2. How will we remove this cases of insubordination?
What are the complications?
What are the solutions:
HR, SBUs are required to submit answers not later than November 24, 2017

In behalf of HGPMP I as their Acting Officer In Charge apologize for some several reports that has not been done like posting of birthdays and anniversaries, sometimes we failed to visit foff due to unavailable funds to be use in purchasing funeral pack most especially that the funds to be allocated is not enough for supporting various expenses on our scheduled interments. There are times that in a month we had 20 or more interments.
ReplyDeleteOthers were failure to read blogs, and comment immediately. Sometimes problems from answering phone on time. This were some of the problems in our SBUs. But as their in charge I’m still working on it fixing whatever our weaknesses or negligence in order to make our SBU to improve.
All we need to do is cooperation, patience to do all the assigned reports, and self-discipline to obey all the needed reports.

ReplyDeleteHello Sir, good day po! Humble apology in behalf of the Holy Gardens Pangasinan if sometimes, we fail to do the task assigned to us or most often, send reports late. I know that being busy at times is not an excuse for all of us since we must be aware of it. As the acting CMO for Malasiqui, i will take note on this, take it as a lesson so that such problems wont occur soon in our SBU.
ReplyDeleteAs a member of the HGPMP, I will start by monitoring all the staff to practice active listening and will take responsibility to discuss problems and expectations. we should be clear to the point in discussing issues and most importantly, make sure that every task is submitted on a timely manner and is complete.
