Toilet check list, and toilet ideas - we have to level up our toilets appearance

One of the important aspect of customer service is the CR.  We have to devote time and money into this.    The customer has full 3 to 5 minutes to reflect on how we run things and run our business.  Quite a lot.  He/she will have very clear impression of your SBU, your brand of leadership after his experience with our CR

While we are trying hard to improve our toilets, we could do more....  Hotel standards seem to be the norm





        Let us assign one GT to take charge of CR, keep it clean always ,equip him, check the CR always
