Reality:
1. It was observed in an SBU that people were operating the funds flow like
a revolving fund which has been abolished
2. The liquidation has been done in batches and in huge amount
3. Debts to suppliers racked up eh dapat bayad ng bayad per batch CA ang lahat
ng bayarin.
4. Liquidation did not happen as instructed ie 3 days: 72 hours which
merited dismissal
THEREFORE, the system HAS NOT BEEN UNDERSTOOD
