Objective:    1.  To speed up sharing and simplify abstact from SBU

                  2.  To minimize errors and blame game

                  3. To make every one efficient:  JV sharing and payment of

Old procedure:

   1.   Price list and fund sharing are together in one sheet adding to the confusion

   2. The sbu encodes the payment and  collection sharing adding to errors

        confusion, errors and delays (giving the SBUs excuse not to send the 

        abstract

        The abstract is a master abstract and all collections whether lot related

        service related are encoded

   3. SBUs send emails with attachment expanding the gmail eat up of email

       space and adds to the work of everyone:    sbus makes the excel

       file, saves emails the xls,  3f receives the email downloads and then reads

       copy pastes the  entries 

      We have used google drives before.

Proposed new procedures in 2020

1.  All SBUs share  files via Google drive (a la drop box)

    SBU encodes only the following information:  (SBU date)

    1.  Date:

    2.  Account Number

    3. OR Number

    4.   Name

    5   Amount Paid

    6.  Lot Number Block Number

    7.  Year start of the Acct  X DIFFICULTY WITH HGGMP

    8.   Promo Type              x DIFFICULTY WITH HGGMP

    9   NLP %

    ALL NON LOT TRANSACTIONS/COLLECTION ARE EXCLUDED

    Thus the c3 company has to be registered for separate OR and abstract

    Thus in payment of commission we have 8 and 9 as promo reference in n payment of the commission

2.  3f gathers the data via the Google drive copy pastes  (ASSIGNMENT FOR

     MARLOU)

3.  On his template which has % distinction as with regards to Collection

     Fee Insurance, MCF, ME, VAT

4. Based on campaign years, he might have ready template for each campaign

   (Option to hack the formula by using % of  NLP/Total average collection for the

   past 6 or 12 months, and then adjust the fund sharing template accordingly
