Objectives:
1. To sustain sales of 2018 (350M through 2020
2. To start liven up business of Funeral Service Crematorium and Memorial Plan
3. To encourage innovation
4. To level up customer experience
Reality:
1. Achievement of sales target has been spotty if not non existent
2. Administrative compliance sucks - late report, non compliance with reporting
causing delays and penalties
3. There are no CS and innovation - plenty of customer complaints and non
functioning equipment, dirty parks and office

2. No absence during the period covered (in the month)
3. Collection is at least 70% of total
4. Sales achievement for all is 85% of total
3. The sbu is one 100% compliant on the following:
1. Daily text report
2. Daily abstract report
3. Weekly upload on Kaizen, bests
4. Answering emails and text messages
4. Improvement on communications by SBUs
5. Only R2 staff are qualified....Thus take steps to be promoted under Performance Evaluation
