Gentlemen:
Please include me in your 6 - 1/2 day orientation seminar which will be held via virtual video conference which is a condition
for employment and promotions, under the following terms and conditions
How: 1. This will be done via on line virtual via zoom or Meeting. Participants are expected to be available and present
at the appointed time without need of demand or reminder. Participants can not leave the conference without
informing the moderator. Participants are expected to prepare for the topics listed (which will be given in advance l listen and submit minutes at their option
Participants may opt to attend at home, in which case they are to be responsible for their data and gadgets
If done at home, participants should be wary of children playing dog barks and other noises so that others can
disrupt the proceedings
It is the look out of the participant if he cant understand; or ask questions things that they do not understand
2. No absences; one absence drops the candidate from the rolls
3. 100 per cent submission of assignments and on time, 75% passing for exams
4. The trainees will be given advanced assignments and materials and are expected t o read them and
understand them. The methodology will be blended: partly lecture and partly trainees (who are officers) participation
If there are groups, the participants must understand through their groups the topics.
5. Required outputs Project motifs, new ideas on memorial services,, or a new product, 75% or more passing of exams
6. There will be periodic and final exams. Those who fail will be given chance to make up. up to 2x otherwise, they
will be dropped from the rolls. The group leaders assessment will be given weight.
7. Methodology
1. The class will be organized. There will be election of Class officers and formation of groups
2. Certain individuals as agreed on Day 1 will present and join the Head Office staff in conducting orientation
It is a test of training expertise of those who are in officer position
3. Groups or individuals will flesh out or explain through
ppt or drama and other methodology how the topic discussed will be implemented at work
8. Pre requisite to employment:
1. Passing this training ie passing the 75% passing, full attendance of this training is a pre requisite to start of employment and succeeding promotion
2. Proof of completion of this training are:
1. 100% attendance
2. Complete submission of requirements of this training: projects
and exams
3. Complete submission of pre employment requirements
1. COE
2. Transcript of records and/or diploma
3. Physical examination: - fit to work, not pregrant for female hires

5. 3 Reference letters attesting:
1. That you are personally known to the person
2. That they can vouch for your character and will
shoulder your money and asset accountability in case of
misconduct
