This is a repetition for the nth time on Work Schedule
Objectives:
1. To sustain our standards on "special place and special way mission
2. To make sure that we meet our objectives and meet our tasks
3. To eliminate waste from our non performing and even sleeping staff
4. To efficiently farm our tasks and target across the organization
Background reality:
1. We see ugly park in far away places. When the cat is far away
2. We see pictures of tall grasses in many places
3. We are unable to grade correctly our staff comes performance evaluation time because we do not have any basis - no record of performance because we are not implementing the said system
4. What do we see: non operating vehicles, complaints, delayed commissions, CV AND MORE DIRTY TOILETS (Salaula and we are derated at FB - bad soc media)

We can not speak of management unless there is such in place
How.?
1. For knowledge worker, we call this work schedule. For GT and TS we call this job order.
2. Prepare a one week calendar that has one or several lines at top for the objectives: outputs, one column for tasks at the left, 6 columns for days, and two columns at the end of the day: Done not done
3. Thus:
