Who: All new trainees for On Boarding
When: 6 1/2 days, for one week, 1/2 day am training, 1/2 day on the the job
How: 1. On line virtual via zoom or Meeting
2. No absences; one absence drops the candidate from the rolls
3. 100 per cent submission of assignments and on time
4. The trainees will be given advanced assignments and materials and are expected t o read them and
understand them
5. Project motifs, new ideas on memorial services,, or a new product
6. There will be periodic and final exams. Those who will fail will be dropped from the rolls
7. Methodology
1. The class will be organized: Class officers and groups
2. Certain individuals as agreed on Day 1 will present
3. After presentation, or we may proceed directly, Groups or individuals will flesh out or explain through
ppt or drama how the topic discussed will be implemented at work
