We are currently having a new batch (3rd batch of trainees) at the 3f. Yesterday, April 3, we had a series of team building activities.: trek to San Carlos Heights and Marian Hills, and at the office the tower building and the how to be a no limit person.

It was a 3 in 1 event: goal setting, team building, and a religious pilgrimage

The participants are:

Precious from San Fernando La Union
Mike Somo for SCC Funeral Service
Precious for SCC CSS I

The name of the teams are: Bato: Sharon and Precious, and Amazing: Mike and Precious

The winner for the two team building events at the office: tower building and the paper clips paramihang ilulubog was the Bato team. Congratulations

5 out of 7 original trainees for last week February 26 to March 2, 2019 made it to the last day. Two did not have the determination, not meant to be Holy Gardeners quit.

The successful graduates are: Jay, Aljon, Olivia, Racquel and Nelson Jay and Racquel are to be deployed to Holy Gardens Calamba chapel, Nelson to Holy Gardens Pangasinan as Funeral Technician (Driver, Embalmer Trainee, Trainee and Cremation Technician) Olivia is to be _______ of Holy Gardens La Union

This was a compressed orientation done in 5 days in view of the Holiday last February 26. Many topics were still not covered....

This morning we discussed at the 3f the importance of supporting the drive to encourage SBUs to sell and collect.

1.Q. Where does a SBU get funds to support its payroll?

A. From the sale of its goods.

2. Q. Where does 3f get its funds to pay the salaries?

A. From the % of sales and collection of SBUs?

3. Q. What happens if collection of SBUs dive down?

A. The revenues of BPI/3fjm goes down too?

4. Q. What happens if this continues?

A. BPI may be bankrupt. Run out of cash

5. Q How much is the BE of 3f?

Fixed costs: P221,000 % of revenues as management fee 1.75%

A. BE = P12,000,000.

We could hardly make it past P10m, short ng 2 million. or P35,000,000 in BPI revenues

We are enhancing end of BPI and or its bankruptcy: 1. If we do not cooperate;
2. torpedo efforts to sell and collect; 3. do not cooperate, come to work early etc.

6. Q How do we measure the sales efficiency of SBU?

A. The new collection. The old collection was produce of last year's sales efforts.
Collection of arrears.

The comment is that the sbus are finding it difficult to change, and conform to the company correct procedures... Time for a clean up and house cleaning if this continues?

Clarification SPOTCASH Sales INCENTIVES

I am repeating that we stick to what has been written. That the total for the office is 3% is a presumption

The only reward for 3f is only 0.2% because we at 3f have little control over cash sales: that is random

and an opportunity available only to sellers and CMO.

We do not give CMO incentive if there is no CMO.

TAKE NOTE THAT INCLUDED IN THE CASH SALE ARE CASH SALE OF:

1. PIS

2. PMS

3. Destiny Plans

Amendment:

We are going to give incentives to SBUs and 3f for the following:

1. CMCS

2. Interment service

from today September 1, 2018 up to December 31, 2018

of even %:

1.4% to CMO

0.4 to CSS 2

0.2 to SAA/RCRMA

Provided:

1. They comply with the same qualifiers for the incentive in general

2. The RCRMA has control board over interments and CMCS

Overcoming communications challenges

Subject: Non commiunication, miscommunication, bad communication -how to overcome this

I encountered this difficulty about the resumption of sales at Malasiqui. The OK, the PDCA to resume this was done by JUS/after DSM who instead of doing this after the meeting at the 3f resigned, .... However this did not seem to be communicated properly as sales of Malasiqui was nothing until late the mid month.

Ms.VS called up regarding the same, and someone was ordered by text to contact her and talk to her. This was not done immediately and a follow up had to be done

However in the meeting yesterday at Pangasinan, Ms. VS said no one contacted her on this matter (as a matter of fact, they are not selling)

PROBLEMA NA SI DSM AT KATIGASAN NG ULO NIYA MISCOMMUNICATION, HUWAG NANG DAGDAGAN. Nag role playing na nga tayo na ang bad communications lead to funny yet ugly results.

CAN WE IMPROVE OUR COMMUNICATION? Can we listen and obey?
