Please observe the following for making posts at the HGMP BB for weekly site reports.
l. The title must include the name of the mp, the period covered, and the nth number of week for the year:
Thus: HGGMP Weekly Site Report, 2nd week, January x to xx, 20l2
2. Labels: labels cover: the name of the memorial park, month and year, nth number of week:
Thus: holy gardens greenhills memorial park, 2nd week, January 2012
3. Location: always search location and post.
4. Narration: Make a kuwento, narration on what were achieved, improved, developed at the site: office, warehouse, equipment, landscaping. Take note: what was improved. It thus ;provokes you to improve and development, as all your corporation are development company.
5. Divisions chapter of the report:
The report must cover: site, warehouse, office. Please make subtitle accordingly as bold. arial 20 pts. (large)
6. Pictures.
l. Post pictures of at least 3 each for the above mentioned divisions
2. The size of picture must be large
3. Format of picture is panoramic
4. Please do not post blurred dark or out of focus picture
5. Please label each and every picture. Label every picture.
6. For our purposes, please post pictures of pending items (as grating or trailer) or those that support contract of PO payments. Always include saleable areas that were subject of earthworks and backfilling.
