Communicate, communicate, communicate, communicate

Let us have ears that can hear, minds that can understand, hearts that can feel, hands that can do...Let us read and understand these posts

l.  Common

2. Unity

3.  Action.

Disappointing results happen when:

l.  There is no action

2.  Caused by lack of unity

3.  And common understanding.

    COMMUNICATION is the most important tool for an individual and for the group to move on and to do always the right things, to be effective and efficient. Everything must be clear and perfect to achieve our goals and objectives. Good communication is our tool to be profitable for 2013 and the next coming years......

    Communication, unity and action lack in our SBU. I must ensure to change the mindset of my staff as well as myself. Communication is the key. Clear and constant communication is the best tool to get things right and done. For the upcoming year of the snake, 2013, we must become more aggressive and the best. A top predator (performer) in 2013!

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
