We too will have money magnets (new promos, better strategy, better looking memorial parks, better customer service)our memorial park more unique
We too will leave our disappointing past behind:
l. Poor communications
2. Non achievement of projects, plans and promos
3. Ungratefulness
4. Insubordination pettiness and too much egotism;
5. Poor hiring, training performance evaluation
6. Late, non submission of reports.
We forgot them and do something better. Firecrackers will not drive them away. Our resoluteness and determination will erase and blot them out of our psyche.
I look forward to a new breed of staff who will be strong who will be solution to the problems, rather than problems and who are achievers who are willing to learn, and execute and who are tough skinned vs. challenges and goals.
I expect to see them soon so that we can see glorious success

The year is about to end in 13 hours. All ready, many of us are busy Our corporate plan should be as strong as our Personal New Year's resolution buying:
12 round fruits - as money magnets
firecrackers - to cast away the bad luck and evil spirit
