In my tripping to Sabang Benguet for a prospective memorial park (unfortunately it is too far from the city and very expensive to develop) I met the friend of the landowner. He claims to be a former director and actor, his great great ancestors were, according to him some of the biggest landowners of PHL, they being Duke and Duchess of Spain.
He is from Pateros, was from Rizal High School, (my alma mater) knows my relatives in Pateros and my aunt and uncles who studied at Rizal High School
He said some of these thing:
1. It is about law of karma. For every action there is an equal opposite reaction. If Marquez trained for 6 months, and Pacquiao only for two months, Marquez can study how he fights and train (he publicizes this, Marquez does not) what do you expect? Has Pacquiao distributed really his wealth to his family and the poor? Or has not?
2. He said that he died when he was 17 right out of college. He was able to look at his wasted body and concluded that:
our body is not ourselves but our spirit, mind and soul in the unity God and Jesus Christ is. He thus studied metaphysics.
3. We have third eye and a lot of capabilities, because in Genesis we were given that power by God but because of so many things, we are so estranged from God and we lost all that powers;
l. Man became so egoistic and boastful; he has lost his humility.; we have become so materialistic we forgot that all things are in Him and with Him
2. We are filled with sins. One example is the asexual creation of Adam, and Jesus Christ, the second Adam. It is the love of pleasure of the flesh that has further put a wedge between God and man (we observe this in the Church body as well: pedophilia, and sexual perversion - sodomy etc)
3. If cars are referred to the carmaker for repairs, the same should happen with our health. Hence, if we need to stay healthy, we need only one healer - God.
He said he has been given the power to teach, heal, and even raise the dead.
(He does smoke however and I wonder if he is really true - because he has boasted a lot in our conversation)
