Roshelle as usual was late;
1 Reports on landscaping
It was noted that there were no reports on landscaping and park beautification. Was it because:
1. There was failure on reporting
2. Efren did not do his job because he is busy with things that are not his job? No clear answers were given

2. Sales
1. Has Lennie updated her Marketing Plan; Will HGGMP sell more? She said that HGGMP sold 15 plots for January; now in Feb, there are 24 plots sold all ready. Is that OK?
Are you processing the com of Sellers? Do you have a group intact for sellers?
2. The targets for plots, BC, AC, CMS, and Cremation will have to be broken down, and separate strategies will have to be made
3. Coming on time to meetings
It was mentioned that those who come to a meeting and those who come early to meeting can be relied upon. A member 3x did not come for a meeting called at 3ffb, and this time is LATE. The head despite coming from a distant land came early waking up earlier than 5 am
4. All were not able to recite the VMBP, Roshelle who was warned about this as trainee, still could not recall/memorize a one page vision mission, beliefs principles statement. And being so has not been with the team.
4. The crosswind:
1. Old tires need replacement
2. The underchassis has not been cleaned;
3. The carpet is threadbare
4. The side mouldings are dirty
5. The paint lost shine and sparkle. Despite the order to have this polished and made to shine, and despite the collaboration by Lennie that indeed there was polishing done, this post showed how a portion of the paint looks after being scrubbed (binuli) and polished

AT THE SITE:
1. At the entrance:
The parking lot as usual was full of soil and dirt
The Indian tree at the entrance (2) were dead: We call the attention of irrigation
The MRF collector were gathered in front of the MP and undisturbed by the SG.
2. The vehicles: - parked in all places unprotected from rain and sun
The trailers were likewise in disarray
DENNIS SUGGESTED A PARKING SHADE for at ;least 4 vehicles near the gate. JUS suggested a cantilered shade 3 x 12 meters structure with 3 m longspan roof.
A Toyota Corolla is parked there? Whose vehicle is that and why are other assets allowed in the park
3. Park and landscaping: COBS
1. Efren what does COBS mean?

4. Polishing of the karuwahe
LENNIE USE THE KARUWAHE TO LEVERAGE MORE SALES. Use of karuwahe is special featture. It costs P20,000 to have karuwahe. It can be given free to SSN GL, and GE buyers or those who buy multiple lots, or those who get Luxury Interment for only P5t. The karuwahe lies idle and more passion, more push is needed to have this asset used to increase sales.
Dennis said we must attach a hook. When?
4. At the office:
1. The paint splatter at the glass?
2. The tape marks need to be removed;
3. The storage area near the office still is in disarray, not arranged;. Kailan aayusin. The dishes were not washed and cockroach were feasting on the dishes, and foul smell of spoiled food is in the air. The waste cans are full of waste material un emptied.

4. The storage room door is soiled and not cleaned.
5. Other matters:
1. ISG were reported to wearing only shorts and slippers at interment
2. The Holy Gardeners were reminded of the Vision of the company, why we are building the crematorium
Mission:
Why we are here?
We are reminded that our job is Holy and sacred. it is a sacrament, and thus we must behave accordingly as workers in a place doing sacraments
3. Communication and reading emails
There are suggestions from the email and the communications blog as to the topic that would be discussed daily:
1. No am talks are done;
2. The emails are not read because according to Roshelle Lennie has the control/ key to the computer (which looks ridiculous
3. Roshelle was late often (except when she is off) (Shown on the DTR)
There must be DTR in the office (accounting) independent of the SG records
STAFF WERE REMINDED TO BE GRATEFUL FOR THEIR BLESSINGS as even in the small way, the company provides for the family and personal needs fo the staff. And for Efren and Dennis, they are not chicken feed.
The author can feel the antagonism and the resistance from Roshelle thus requested that it is better off that she resigns if she can not embrace the company rules or be one of us.
LB talked to the author outside and told that she was hailed to a barangay because of undelivered docs. and overpayment. The customer, a certain Ms. Villanueva claimed that it was Roshelle and a gay person who told them that the office has problems with the docs (She is responsible for submitting the PPA and yet has the temerity to do this) LB gave the undelivered docs to the customer
4. The other staff signed the diary of the author regarding their defficiency
5. A Calamba Holy Gardener alleged that ISG continues with caring for plots because a certain outsider gave them the authority to do so. JUS requested for written authority, if not the culprits must stop CCD applies to every one.
MADEL PLEASE READ, DEMAND ACTION AND ACT ON THINGS THAT NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION AND ACTION
