These are pictures of Christ the Redeemer which we plan to up at the back of HGGMP as an attraction.  It will be about 60 ft in height.  And will cost us P1,600,000

Minutes of the  meeting  with Sales Director at Jollibee Turbina on November 18, 2016

Members Present:   There were about 2 sales execs and 3 sales directors present.  Ms. Manaig was not around due to the cirtical condition of her mother.

Agenda:

1.  Product knowledge/learning

2. Customer service and relation with the staff at HGGMP

1.  With regards to DFPI, more training and orientation is needed on the following items:

      1.  Terms and condition of PPA

      2.  Product knowledge:  features and benefits per every service; brochure and pamphlet, FAQ would have to be made/produced

      3. Insurance terms and condition/claims, eligible buyers, benefits

A 3 day training would have to be scheduled to cover the above 3 and as preparation for the IC exam if any

Customer service

The sales director inquired if the new staff are well versed  in customer service and excellence as we have oriented them before.  They cited several instances when voices were raised against them or the customers, wrong information (eg di puwede bone transfer for 60 days after purchase of  plot), bawal umihi sellers 

office CR. Or that they are merely agents without considering their rank as sales director or sales manager which they worked so hard to attain .  RAngo na nga lang

Find out about office sales.  Are there office sales or are the office staff smartly dumping them to their preferred sellers (The comptroller is notorious for this although a memo was issued to this effect all ready. Surely nothing will happen to her highness. Unstoppable

They recommended that the new staff:  be retrained on customer service, good human relations, or sound management practices so that they stay motivated and keep strong bonds with the organization
There are former teachers, and retired departmental managers who understand management and decency which they say the newly appointed head does not seem to know nor understand.

They are also complaining about the:

1.  Seasoned 3% for the sales director that have not been given for more than a year.

2. TA and TS that have not been paid.   

3.  Why is outright not permitted ?  they can be well accounted for but auidt and cash control has to be strict

Roshelle as usual was late;

1  Reports on landscaping

    It was noted that there were no reports on landscaping and park beautification.  Was it because:

        1.  There was failure on reporting

        2.  Efren did not do his job because he is busy with things that are not his job?   No clear answers were given

 2.  Sales

       1. Has Lennie updated her Marketing Plan;  Will HGGMP sell more?  She said that HGGMP sold 15 plots for January;  now in Feb, there are 24 plots sold all ready.  Is that OK?

        Are you processing the com of Sellers?  Do you have a group intact for  sellers?

       2.  The targets for plots, BC, AC, CMS, and Cremation will have to be broken down, and separate strategies will have to be made

  3.  Coming on time to meetings

     It was mentioned that those who come to a meeting and those who come early to meeting can be relied upon. A member 3x did not come for a meeting called at 3ffb, and this time is LATE.  The head despite coming from a distant land came early waking up earlier than 5 am

  4.  All were not able to recite the VMBP, Roshelle who was warned about this as trainee, still could not recall/memorize a one page vision mission, beliefs principles statement.   And being so has not been with the team.

4.   The crosswind:

     1.  Old tires need replacement

     2.  The underchassis has not been cleaned;

     3.  The carpet is threadbare

     4.  The side mouldings are dirty

     5.  The paint lost shine and sparkle.  Despite the order to have this polished and made to shine, and despite the collaboration by Lennie that indeed there was polishing done, this post showed how a portion of the paint looks after being scrubbed (binuli) and polished

Results of the visit to Holy Gardens Greenhills today November 21, 2013

I went to Holy Gardens Calamba (Greenhills) yesterday.  I left house at 5:30 am and was in  Robinson Galleria to ride at a Ceres bus for Batangas port by 6:20.  I was in Jollibee Turbina by 7:30 am and Ms Cynthia Cartago was there.   I discussed with Cynthia:

1.  the deficiency in sales for the month of November;

2.  the bundling promo;

3.  the Calapan problem

4.  the corporate planning

Thereafter, we went to the SBU to inspect the SBU, see the newly installed panels, the site and meet the staff.  I reminded Cynthia not to let the driver smoke inside the vehicle and observe plaisir all the time.  (The vehicle shall be used for convoy too during interment) Also have chamois and car care products to preserve the showroom condition of the vehicle.

I noted at the site:

1.  the litter behind the wall near the faucet (hose bib);  please remove;

2.  the guard house:   full of cobwebs and no 5s;

3.  the unserviceable trailers

4.  the long undone repainting and repair of the chapel

I discussed with the staff:

1.  know your what, your mission

2.  why are you saved, fed?

3.  about learning to lead;

I requested them to submit their minutes/reflections

                       Cynthia and the HGGMP's brand new Dmax to boost sales and plaisir for CS

                   Cynthia and  their newly installed solar panels to save them electricity and to have power even where is brown out
