We Want to Change results. We are to, MUST CHANGE PERSONAL HABITS:

1. Hasten the PACE/TEMPO

If it takes a Month, do it in a week. If it takes a week, do it in three days. If it takes a three days, do it in one. If it Takes one days do it 1/4 day.
Hasta luego/mañana costs us a fortune.

2. Do it Now (DIN)

         Not tomorrow, not later but NOW

3. On Time And Complete (OTAC)

         a. Do before and on the deadline
         b. Complete
                 - with details
                 - all systems completed
                 -using UTAK

4 Execution

          a. Do it right in the first time
          b. Do it without follow-up
          c. Do it without supervision

5. Observe TRM
         
          a. Do it right in the first time
          b.Follow instruction
          c. follow standards



6. Be Responsible

          a. Take a blame
          d.Avoid alibis
          c.Be aware of consequences for not doing it now/right

7.Do it complete

          a. Find the 14 other squares
          b.Observe/observe
          c.Learn/learn by reading

    The Warrior is a Child,

    Bilang isang tao, madalas sa atin ay nakakaranas ng matinding pagsubok sa ating buhay, madali tayong manghina at sumusuko dahil hindi natin kayang harapin ang pagsubok. Ngunit may Diyos na syang nagpapalakas sa atin upang ang pagsubok sa ating buhay ay ating malagpasan. Sa ganitong pagkakataon, dapat tayong lumapit, manalangin upang humingi ng kalakasan sa Panginoon, dahil hindi natin kaya ito ng mag-isa kailangan natin ng kanyang guidance.

    Dito sa trabaho, marami tayong kakaharapin na pagsubok, gaya na lamang sa ating mga kliyente, hindi natin maiiwasan na tayo ay makaharap na may nagagalit ngunit dahil sa tayo ay may Diyos na buhay sa ating kalooban, gamitin natin ito upang kaharapin ang bawat kliyente na may paggalang at pagmamahal kahit anu pa man ang masakit na ating maririnig sa kanila.

    Ang ating kalakasan ay nasa Diyos at atin itong gagamitin ng tama sa ating trabaho upang sa bawat trabaho na ating ginagawa ay maging maayos at mananatili ang kasiyahan sa ating mga puso kahit anumang hirap ang ating nararanasan.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
