Objective:
1. To level up sales and collection in Calapan
2. To nudge people to start construction
I visited Calapan, because they have not seen a shadow of a leader for almost a year. Their sales are down, and the development which was supposed to start in June of 2015 after borrowing P4 million from Ms. Madrigal has not materialized. We also talked to the proposed contractor last month and everything was delayed (we suffer costs for delay even without the govt because we pay interest for the funds borrowed d- P100,000 for quarter.
Messrs. Gilbert Haylo and Gilbert Naga joined the trip Although we started out at 4:30 am, we reached Calapan office at 11:30
There are persistent reports that the memorial park looks like a forest, a graze land as was observed last year
Findings:
1. Meeting with the contractor:
He would not budge at 12,800 per linear meter. He mentioned that he has an existing contract at l3.200. (That was original quote for us)
GCH would build two parallel roads at cost of P1.4 million after we are done with this project
2. Hiring:
Ms. Mildred was exhorted to hire CSS; she asked me if she can hire additional GC for park maintenance. I said I endlessly exhorted them to hire
I talked to Danica Ordinario, former CMO if she would come back. She demurred (malaki na yata suweldo doon: in charge siya ng accounting, admin and HR - which she said she learned from us)
I requested that she: advise assist MLM, help us hire officer. She mentioned Sheryl and Tess Felicisima.
3. Site:
I could have a heart attack from what I saw (I have been receiving negative feed back on HGMP Calapan park appearance.
There was nothing that would show that the GC is doing his job
1. Equipment:

YJ is not functioning still - What will happen?
The trailers are rusting and disorderly/ WTDN
Vault is being manufactured on the road very unsightly
The missing manhole inlet pose a danger to the public and we can be sued for accident. WTD

Despite the conference and PPT on such topic, the HGCalapan is ugly:
1. Grasses are tall

3. Trash and litter is everywhere
