Objective:

Background:

When SBUs are asked why they are not selling; often the answer is the dp - natataasan sa dp.  We talked about this last April.  When asked again, like Lump, the answer is still the same meaning to say, the low dp is still unacted upon.  Lump still awaits feedback on the dp.

What:  

Staggered dp promo, 6 months to pay without interest.

Process:

1.  We follow the guidelines for computing d/p and balance:

      DP    x 20% of TLP

      VAT  x 20% of total due

      +   full PC

       

      +   Full CAPF (based n TLP)

   provided however if there are in arrears on subsequent payments the amount paid shall be forfeited. 

   Only 1 Month in arrears shall merit forfeiture 

Who: The ICR Assistant shall strictly monitor the arrears

          1.12   x  balance/    12      -     12 months term   1 year       12%

          1.28   x  balance/     24      -     24 months term   2 years     14%

          1.72   x  balance /      48    -     48 months term    4 years     18%

           2.0    x balance /       60           60 months term   5 years      20%

       2. The vat balance is computed and divided by the number of months of term of payment is not charged any interest
