God speaks through His Word when we take time to listen.

Speak to me, Lord. Help me to understand the message of Scripture, the lessons of Jesus, and the urgings of the Holy Spirit.

Bible is the answer.. Thru the bible God can say what He want us to do...


There are lots of reasons why effective communication is important, but they can all be reduced to one ultimate reason: Effective communication is important because it allows people to lead more satisfying lives at work and elsewhere.

If you can understand what others are saying, you will not come to the wrong conclusions or take the wrong actions about what you hear. You will make fewer unnecessary mistakes.
By making fewer unnecessary mistakes, you will be more at peace, worry less about the consequences of your words and actions.
By worrying less about your words and actions, you will have more peace of mind, both at work and away from work.
By having more peace of mind, you will lead a more satisfying life.

    It is very important to have a communication. It is a way to express our feelings or give directions. If I transfer the message very well, it will be able to have a good respond.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
