I conducted several one on one meeting with managers and chief from the provinces. While I have reference on entrepreneurial management, (may be unread) a lot more effort and study has to be made on management.
The entrep management may be too radical, and hence the need to go back to classical management thoughts (that lead to archaic management and administration)
Management is a dynamic field and what was true and productive then cant be effective now. The Harold Geneen and Jack Welch of yesterday certainly belonged to yesterday.

Principle Management teach me about organizing, staffing and motivating but to become effective in all of this aspect I learned that communication is the most important and the main key to become effective leader.
