Declining inventory of plots

The recent inventory report by Ms. Marecho Conde shows  very little and declining inventory of plots.  Our customers should be alarmed that very soon they will have nowhere to bury their dead

The inventory report:


   La Union                             - 4,444
   Pangasinan                        - 4,702
   Calamba                             - 4,892
   Oton                                    - 3,897

   It is no wonder that customers of Calamba panicked and bought  a record number of plots due to declining inventory.   Perhaps our sales force should leverage this alarming low level of inventory to buy NOW.


  (The inventory has to be audited because as it is we will not be able to pay our loans to Landwealth and Unishire Hathaway, must less recover our CGS)
   

It is time to:

1.  Consider expanding our memorial parks

2.  Go into the non trad memorialization:

      1. Body crypts  (5 years renewable

      2.  Cremation 

      3.  Ash crypts  (columbarium)

These projects will increase our capacity to serve the needs of growing death rate/population.

OUR BODY CRYPT AND CREMATORIUM PROJECTS HAVE BEEN PENDING  FOR QUITE SOMETIME  AND MUST BE GIVEN ACTION ASAP
