As a Holy Gardens Staff we must know "PICKELS", in our job special us here in site (SBU). Front to the customer,clients and grieving family...they need our passion to assist them and comfort them, helping and comforting our clients are a big deal to them even in a little bit moment we sympathize with the family ay ating malaking karangalan na maiiwan sa kanilang ala-ala at sa kanilang damdamin. Keeping communications with our clients is one important para alam nila na kahit nakapag avail na sila ay andito pa rin yong ating pag-ala-ala at pahalaga sa kanila...kilangan bawat concerns nila o tanong sa atin ay alam nating sagutin ng tama at sigurado dahil lagi tayong nagbabasa ng mga patakaran ng companya. love is the most important in our job, kung wala ang pag-ibig hindi rin tayo makakapag assist, makikipag simpatya sa mga clients natin or sa mga namatayan...hindi natin magagawa ng maayos at tama ang ating trabaho kung wala ang pag-ibig. Empowerment, dapat mayron tayong kapangyarihan na makapag encourage ng tao para maintindihan at makombinsi sila na makakuha at kumuha ng lot para for there future din at makapag invest ng may kahalagahan at di masasayang ang kanilang pera dahil tama ang kanilang investment.Napakahalaga ang "service", Kahit may passion,integrity,communications,knowledge,love,empowerment tayo kung ang serbisyo naman natin ay mabagal, di-maayos, di-organize, di-malinis at di-maganda at wala sa plano...wala din ang lahat. kaya dapat lahat ng ito ay mai-apply natin sa ating sarili, sa ating pamilya, sa mga customers at higit sa lahat sa Panginoon na siyang nagbibigay ng ating kalakasan at hininga para magampanan natin ang lahat ng ito.

We must have Integrity and we must be knowledgeable on how to communicate with our customers and on how to handle their concerns. We must Love them and give them nothing but the best service that we have.
