Our relevance to the vision, what are are our plans for our vision

We discussed the following this morning

1.  We need to be goal oriented;

2.  Our goals are reflected at the highest level as vision

     Our vision reflects high value added projects and businesses;  these are wealth, pots of gold at the end of the rainbow.  We are pursuing them, because that were the opportunity, where  money is to be found.  If treasure hunters dig to find gold, so we must too.

   1,  Our analysis of the market shows

        The bulk of memorial business, which consist of 500,000 dead a year x 50,000 per as memorial expenditure, or 25.00 billion goes to funeral service.  Thus the memorial plan business is about the same amount P20.00 billion

       The funeral service is further supported financed by SSS and GSIS.  SSS pays between P20t to P40t as death benefits

2.  There are various products and their GPs:

3.  Yet these are not being paid enough attention and care, or not even moving like insurance.  Why

4.  In order to attain shared learning, as we read and summarize books and articles:

     We ask:

     1. What did I learn

     2. What is the relation to what I all ready know (process, past book reports, lectures)

    3.  How can this knowledge be applied to my job, and to myself, so that there will be improvements

5.  Corollary to this to make reflections (as spiritual exercises by the religious. With this the improvements are from within rather than from without.  With this methods, improvements and innovation can come from across the organization

     Ask these questions 3 times a day, am noon, and before retiring (if you are passionate, or if you have sense of mission.vision)

    1.  What did I do for the vision yesterday?   AM

    2. What am I doing for the vision now?    Noon

    3.  What will I be doing for the vision tomorrow   PM

Otherwise, it is all yakking, and talk. We have to WALK THE TALK
