We have good news for you.  As per our discussion last Tuesday, which I relayed to our Board, we are ready to redeem your

foreclosed property at FICO bank at P7M cash,, pending the submission of :

            1.  Request for assistance to redeem your Forest Hills Property

            2.  SoA from FICO bank for the redemption value

            3.   Submission of our LOI and signing of Moa

and other details about the memorial park contained in our other emails

We are ready to finish this on or before April 9, 2021

           property for the price you mentioned;

   3.   Send a confirmatory letter to FICO bank for the new reduced price you mentioned

   4.  Thereafter we will send you a new proposal   /MoA
