Subject:   KEY POINTS IN THE GOOGLE MEETING TODAY FEBRUARY 1, 2021

To guide you come up with comprehensive minutes of our discussion today, and for emphasis allow me to state key points in our agenda today (or bullets of the Agenda)

I.   Pre condition to an effective planning corporate activity:

       1.   Communication  -   FAR
       2   Listening and obedience

2.  Henry Ford's dictum:

     Getting together is the start - why cant we gather at 8:30;  the notice was
     sent yesterday.  What is wrong with our channels of communication?

                1.  SMS
                2.  Google gmail.
                3.  Whatsapp

3.   Changing mindsets attitudes.   Our achievements can change if and only if and when we change/improve:

               1.  Time management
               2.  Discipline
               3.  Communication
               4.  Habits
               5.  Courage to act
               6.  Leadership


3.   Net income targets for 2021 - still in disarray, we missed January 2021 
      incentives because the targets are unclear and muddled -  too high
      and other financials do not support the numbers.    There are sbus that
      are negative like LUMP.  FIX THEM TODAY.  Submit them today

4.  Benefits of achieving our net income targets, or having a net income target:

      1. Direct benefits
  
         Incentivizing achievement and performance:

          1.  Product incentives   from 1 to 2.5% of the gross

          2.  Net income incentive from 1 to 2% of the gross Net Income

     2.  HR employee benefits:

         1.  Up to 20% adjustment of salary by April or when net income targets
               are met:

         2.  Retirement benefits if the employee reach 20 years of service and
              retires.   We will fund the benefit which is about P8M prospectively

         3.  Health card of P5K to P7k per employee who are qualified.  It may
              be outside or managed by us.  

        Are you not celebrating?  While others do not have a job, we are talking
        about added benefits, provided we reach our target

5.   Company wide initiatives, changes:

      1.  Cash less transactions in February

          1.  Better payment system -  convenient for customer, less covid 29 risk
               less hold up and kupit possiblity

          2.  WHAT ARE THE PREFERRED BANKS AND LET US OPEN ACCOUNTS THERE.   (Say BDO)

     2.  Employment of TA (additional staff) to handle

          1. Bank transactions:  collection and disbursements  (no more CSS
              custodian)  getting balances

          2.  Making daily reports on sales collection, bank balance inventory

          3.  Verifying deposit slips of customers and issuance of OR

          4.  With proper surety and reference lettes (trustworthy)

    3.  Full staffing 3f and SBUs;   ad hoc measures to counter shortage of staff

    4.  24/7 system  -   we have employees work on Sunday

    5.  Master leave schedule for approval

    6.  On time -  no delays.   We deliver.  We act on time

    7. Matrix strict monitoring of:

         1.  Interment
         2.  Ground maintenance and landscaping
         3.   TPM and FFE control

   8.   Fixing records:

        1.  PPA
        2.  Ledgers
        3.  Decentralizing the same and sharing via Google drive

  9:   Implementing excellence:   
        1.  Hiring best people
        2.  Best training

6.  Some suggested strategies.  

    1.  Targetting profitable products and services and incentivizing the ame

    2.  Developing capabilities of staff and organization on upselling and cross
         selling  say on INTERMENT, FS, AND CREMATION SERVICE

   3.  Winning back agents through payment of commissions (neglected now
        even under new 3f staff)

  4.  Recruitment of agents and training them on:

      1.  Influence
      2   Facebook marketing
