Subject to the submission of final consolidated summary of 2021 Net Income, Sales, Collection (Cash Flow) the following is hereby proposed as Product Incentive Mechanics
and as per discussion with Ms. RCG and MLM last Saturday, January 30, 2021
1. What: Product Incentives for chief and CSS
Coverage
1. Interment service
2. Funeral Service + Merchandise and other services
3. Cremation service + ash crypts + Merchandise
2. Objectives:
1. To assist SBUs attain sale, collection and Net Income Objectives
2. To motivate staff to innovate and push product sales and excellence
3. To divert attention on higher value/gp products and services
4. To encourage staff for up selling to improve revenue and services to the customer (innovation and opportunity recognition)
3. Background:
1. CS sold only 15 cases despite spending more than 10 million on the same
2.. Funeral Service sold 0 during the same period; we are into this for 3 years despite being fully equipped
3. It was discovered that the heads and leaders lacked courage and confidence to push hard the product
despite:
1. Being 20 years plus in the business
2. Having memorial park and other memorial facilities
3. Beng educated trained
2. When: February 1 2021 until December 30 2021
3. Who: CSS, CMO and Funeral Director
4. How: Mechanics
Incentives shall be granted to the following individuals, on the date indicated subject to the provisions of the qualifier

5. Qualifiers:
Who: 1. All designated staff who are at least R1:
1. Qualified as regular employee
2. RI
1, Submitted reflection on his/her administrative plan and the review is satisfactory
2. Perfect attendance and no tardiness
3. No C and D offense
Clarification:
1. The subject does not get prize for an event on the day he was absent
2. Absence of more than 3 (excused or not) disqualifies the subject from the incentive
3. Failure to submit requirements on time which constitute all ready C or D offense
Submission: 1. All requirements of interments:
1. Liquidation of cash advance and/or revolving fund: within 72 hours
1. With ARU
2. Complete receipts
3. Deposit slips
4. Completion of all interment checklist (HAMP watch out)
2. Complete posting of what is required:
1. Birthdate/death date anniversary
2. Obit
3. Interment video
4. Interment tribute (use the SPLP template)
5. FOFF
Payment:
1. It shall be paid quarterly not later than 20th after the end of the quarter; however results have to be known monthly c/o MLM
2. A recommendation form using the items on qualifiers shall be prepared by MLM; AP shall prepare the CV and check for payment on the designated time
OTHER QUALIFIERS:
1. Submission and acceptance of 2021: Net Income, Sales, and Collection Target
2. Submission and accpetance of marketing plans/price list
