Strict observance of checklist, especially video uploads to You Tube and Daily Motion

TO:      CMOs, CSS2

Observance of video tributes and upload to You Tube and Daily Motion (or Google drive)

In the middle of the decade after the change of millennium, we we were
--
SETTING THE STANDARDS IN INTERMENT SERVICE
Innovation creates more wealth and more customers

Objectives:

1.  To bring back excellent customer service to deceased and renew
our excellence in interment service

2.  To really set the standards in interment service

3.  To assist sellers sell more

4.  To promote word of mouth advertisements

Our interments had all the trimmings:   epitaph, balloons, ceremonies, music, convoys, tributes, funeral pack, smoke machine, bubble machine.

We were great!.  We did well.  Lest every one forget that.
That was something to be proud of

The most important  was upload of the video to the third party site:  You Tube and Daily Motion.  That was then when 3f had strict monitoring and able leaders.

The video production is an important part of training because it is an important skill to execute this unique service feature.

All the SBUs eagerly and enthusiastically complied:  La Union, Pangasinan, Calamba, Oton, and Calapan:  NO EXCEPTIONS.   3F STAFF PRACTICED THE GOLDEN RULE (He who has the gold rules.  He who releases the funds):   no if replenishment, if such was not done on the following day after interments (I understand the IF, the standards for processing had changed to may sadness)

Reality:  Not happening now.

May compensation na ito under our new rules:

P100.00 per video and upload for vid of 20 to 39 pages.

P200.00 per video and upload for vid of 40 and up

Please check your emails and our Blog site.  MC na ito

WHAT TO DO NEXT:

1.  Understand ppt on reaffirming customer service

2.  Strictly follow the checklist including the uploads. of vid.

3. The SAA and the AP must exercise leadership and show fangs and teeth to enforce such practice.

4. Magpacontest tayo - pagandahan ng video  say

     P5,000 first prize

     P2,500 second prize

    until March of 2018

HR too.  Include in the Performance Evaluation that are customer service  centric.

Top management:  Mam Madel Mam Elvie must consider this. We support our customer serviced and business in a positive way.    HAMP must adopt this if we are to see another decade of existence

2013 H2 Marketing Plan Conference by CMOs on July 6, 2013

"Pag gusto, may paraan; pag ayaw, maraming dahilan " Getting higher and stronger"

Angono, Rizal, PHL   |  July 6, 2013

The CMOs acting CMOs of the Holy Gardens various units met today to plan and concretize in advance the 2nd half marketing plan.  Those who attended were Brenn Garcia of Holy Gardens Pangasinan, Cynthia Cartago of Holy Gardens Greenhills, Rocel Carino of Holy Gardens La Union, and Danica Ordinario.  Those who were alone (no staff):   April Caragayan of Oton, and Joy Casi of HAMP did not come.

The conference tackled the usual strategic questions:  Where are we now (the H1 performance) and the winners and losers were presented.

Where are we going?  What are our goals?  P77 million in sales and 40 million in collection.  What was emphasized:  It is about your personal success and that is the starting point of the goal setting in planning. WIFM.  Begin with the end mind.

How do we get there?  What are our plans?  What are we going to do with 4 ps of marketing:   product, promotion, placement, and prices.

We are happy that many were discontented/unhappy over the proposed personal rewards and they had to redo their plans. Cynthia upped her targets  by P4 million.  How about the others?
