It is just 5 days before Christmas.  Merry Christmas to start ups, entrepreneurs out there:  struggling to meet sales commitment, meet the bonus 13th month bonus requirements, do year end reports, finish inventory?

Really, what is the most important trait of an entrepreneur?  Audacity, determination, pleasing personality?  Communication skills?

The trait we are referring to here is PUNCTUALITY.  The ability to be at the appointed time on time. Period.  Tardy people usually sucks in their commitment or lie.  If you are on time, you are on high moral grounds and can demand respect from those who do not come on time.

Dan S Kennedy, a motivator, author, author of this article tells about what his mentor told him for being late:

1.  being dead

2. wanting to be late.

Borrowing from Dale Carnegie, if you want to win friends and influence people, be punctual

Time is gold.  Recognize the time value of money.   It is important in finance.  Math of investment. People pay rent money/interest for amounts borrowed.

Respect the time of people.  Do not keep them waiting.  Do not keep your boss waiting.  It is your duty to be ahead of your boss.  For those who keep on doing this, you should be ashamed.

Reality:   l.  Of 5 sbu, despite back up system and through individuals who will re text, yesterdays text re 5s were replied to without follow up:   Pangasinan, La Union and Greenhills;  I t is the same old story.

               2.  When I followed up in the north the reading of memo on how to  do the new format of obit, I was answered that they havent visited the blog

               3.  When asked as to whether people visit the blog regularly, only they do not make comments is untrue.  Pageviews register in the blogger document list for Blogger;  and the comments too. 

OPTIONS:

1.  Regularly call, mentor those who can not comply;  more training; through ES and MGB

2  Impose CCD to all violators.

3.  Employ #1 and #2.

In all cases, explain how to communicate effectively, how to listen and act; and be strict on the response and other deliveeables.

Elsewhere in the blog before, we made guidelines on how to label which did not register or is not being FOLLOWED.

OBJECTIVES:   l.  To make it easy to find a post;
                            2.  To make navigation of the blog faster
                            3,.  To train blog poster to be web/blog masters.


l.  Use the new blogger interface.

2.  After posting on the blog, look very well at the content;  find the most important searchable label for the the blogpost.

Thus the labels for DPMS of Danica Grace  Ordinario would be:

         Danica Grace Ordinario
         CSS
          Holy Gardens Calapan Memorial Park,
          Prospects,
          (The date)

          l.  Long labels will load the label column,
          2,.  Long labels will be unsearchable;  short labels have cross reference
3.  COMMON MISTAKES:

         l.  Long labels
         2.  Unclear irrelevant labels
         3.  Posting a date with commas;  thus the most number of labels is 2011.  How did it happen?

4.  Always fill the location portion of post settings:  thus for Oton, type after clicking location:
     Oton, Iloilo, Philippines.

5.  Observe proper spelling and punctuation.  Thus always type Holy Gardens Oton as such and not HGOMP or HG Oton, or Holy gardens oton Memorial park;
