Those who are faithful in their jobs and tasks are the real wealthy ones

Several years back this post read in an Entrepreneur magazine asking that question:  "Who are the real wealthy persons?"

Surprisingly those who are the rich ones materially are not  - but those who are faithful in completing their tasks daily without complaint:   teachers, bus drivers, janitors, food servers.

This is  supported by Provers 28:20  which says A faithful person will surely get his rewards, but one eager to get rich  will not go unpunished    Second only to Christ, Job suffered immense suffering his wealth wiped out in one afternoon, yet remained faithful to job

There are many famous people who are not faithful. Thy are not worthy of admiration. And then there are many faithful people who quietly do things behind the stage and away from the spotlight. These are the ones we appreciate and admire.They will have their due rewards

We as workers and subordinates, have as one of our duties obedience.  We often discuss this in AM talk re Jesus Heals the Roman Centurion servant (from Bible Gateway  Luke 7: 1:10))  Is a supreme lesson on obedience.   The Roman soldiers tell his subordinates to do this and that, and that gets done.  Now that is his authority as a Centurion (the equivalent of a captain - somebody who is in charge of a 100 men -  3 companies.)  Now the authority of Jesus Christ the Lord is far superior/greater than that of the Centurion.  He does not have to come to the house of the Centurion to do the healing, "just say the word and he shall be healed"  This is where the prayer before the communion came from:

"LORD I AM NOT WORTHY TO RECEIVE YOU JUST SAY THE WORD AND MY SOUL SHALL BE HEALED"  Our words, our instructions, memos phone calls texts should be enough to get us move and execute our plans. (Subject to CCD 2.27)

The habit of obedience is thus not  a human injunction/exhortation but has biblical origins as well.  Not only words of men (of this office) but words from God and Bible. Are we faithful to all of these?

Goals:

1.  To achieve professionalism for the Holy Gardens Group;

REALITY:

Our 3ffb staff and trainees failed their evaluation exams.  People are complaining that they are not promoted?   Why?  They do not pass the performance evaluation:   no book reports, no proofs of journal
