More Income and sales opportunities from Destiny Financial Plan White Rose and Cremation Services

Suggestions and comments are solicited.  Sound out agents and customers

Most probable implementation:   December 2018

Objectives:    

      1.  Pakitain at pabentahin ang Destiny Financial Plan, Crematorium ng
           Panga at Calamba na three years na in the making

         Destiny      30 per month each at Calamba and  Panga   =        60 units

         Cremation PCS    50 each per month Calamba ang Panga  = 100 units

      2.  To provide more sales opportunities to agents/sellers of Panga and Calamba

     3.   To provide income opportunities to our staff and our sellers

Reality:

     1.  Panay abono sa Destiny Financial Plans Inc.  Ang laki na ng gastos wala
          pang revenue.  Mga P57 million assets, P5 million cash,  mga kulang kulang
          nang P1 m gastos sa audit fees, actuarial, IC fees etc  Plus the big office
          at 3f where we spend  (P45 - 6   = P39,000 per month or  P468,000.  Walang
          pakinabang.  Lugi

    2.  Wala ding balita sa Calamba at Pangasinan sa benta ng mga services

    3.  Ilan na ang ppt na nagsasabi na:

         1.  Lugi tayo ng P2,551 per plot na P36,000 0 interest 60 months to pay.

         2.  Kaya nating kumita ng hanggang P2,500, 00 bawat plan (sa interest at
              sa difference in insurance fees)

Ano ang gagawin

1.  I push ang benta ng Destiny Plans - white rose  P30,000.00 using the 
    Destiny PPA

2.  I push benta ng prepaid cremation plans using addendum:
     (Pre Need)

    A.  Products

    1.  Direct cremation     P20,000 (excluding fuel surcharge*) with free urn

    2.  Cremation before services with chapel viewing  (excluding fuel surcharge)

         Non Aircon  P27,000.00  (3 nights and 4 days only)
         Aircon            35,000.00   (3 nights and 4 days only

    3.  Cremation after services     (Excluding fuel surcharge)

        with metal casket rental  

        Non Aircon    P32,000.00   (3 Nights 4 days)
        Aircon             40,000.00    (3 Nights 4 days)

   4.  Cremation  + Ash Crypts

     *At level ABFG only

        Direct cremation   P20,000 +   P40,000   =                                P60,000

       Cremation with chapel viewing AC   35,000. +  P40,000  =     P75,000

       Cremation with casket rental chapel chapel viewing        =       P80,000
                  P40,000     +  P40,000


      *Fuel Surcharge:

                In view of fluctuating fuel prices, this is being charged.   The price is based
                on average fuel consumption of 60 liters of diesel at P30.00/liter.  At current
                diesel priceof P52.00, the surcharge is  P22.00 x60   =  P1,320.00

As per discussion with Mam Madel last night, and as a last ditch effort, the Management is pleased to announce that as part of catalyst for the forthcoming
CSS Q3 conference,  to grant 14th and 15th month bonus provided the sales
targets are achieved:

                      Plots, PIS, PMS Destiny combined
         SBU  targets        14th month      15th month
          No of units
          La Union            250                  350
          Panga                 250                   350
          Malasiqui          2,000               2,600
          Calamba           3,000               3,900
          Calapan            2,000               2,600
          Oton                   250                 350
          HAMP                250                 350

2.  Other terms and conditions apply:

1.  100% present during the period covered;   an absence during a month, is pro rata deduction in the bonus:  say absent in September   1/3 of the bonus will be deducted. (There is a noted tendency for people to beg off during work)

2.  No Class C and D offense

3.  No pending outputs.    (nor inputs say for 201 file requirements)

4.  New hires shall get their bonus on a pro rata basis.  Unlike in the Bible where the latest also gets the same privilege as those who were first..

        Objectives:

               1.  To revitalize energy and efforts to work hard and meet targets

               2.   To reward the customers, the sellers and the employees

        Reality:

             1.     It is the end of the month and we have disappointing sales and collection report as of yesterday:

                Sales:       Plots:        36                  P1,256,991     vs         1019
                                 PIS           19                       451,999     vs            594

                Collection:     Old    P8,288  k    vs   P13,353 target or 67%  performance
                                      New        767  k    vs       6,440 target or 12%  actual performance

                                      Total     9,047k      vs     18 793 target

                  It was pointed out that IS have not been included.  This would be checked.

         2.  Some quarters who have just come in Region I and elsewhere who do not yet know our systems are quick to point out
              complaints about motivation.   We have plenty in this power point and it is obvious that they have not seen nor paid 
              serious attention to this,  

        WTDN next

         1.  We had a meeting today with HR, JA, Ms Ab, regarding this topic  They have to review the ppt on the incentive mechanics
               and submit a resolution on the action plans:     what, amount, who will prepare and when to be paid

              This has to be communicated well to the SBU via:

              1.  Refresher course with Panga, Calapan, and Calamba tomorrow
              2.  Skype telecon and email to SBUs. (and submission of PPT reflection from Oton and La Union)

               There are a number of incentives that are in store so that we may achieve sales and collection target

                1.   CTA (Collection Target Achievement Award) for amortization of previous year's sales
                2.   SAA (Sales Achievement Award) for NCR (60%) derived from new sales, IS, and PMS, PIS
                3.    ARRDI   Accurate and Rapid Documents Delivery Incentives
                4.    Spot Cash Incentives:   for the Buyer, Sellers, SBU and 3ffb  to assist SAA
                5.    Remaining balance full payment incentive:  for the Buyers, SBU and 3ffb to assist CTA

                       (We have unfulfilled uncompleted Rewards for payment at the SBU equivalent to P100/ 1 point)   For the  P8,000,000 July collection,
                         we would have paid 80,000 points) Sayang

         2. Ms. AB said that the former SAA had pending memos for approval for the 1st quarter;   none for the second quarter yet.  This has to
              be discussed well with Ms. Madel.  Ms. Joan will push for the approval and payment.  THIS WILL DO WONDERS FOR THE MORALE OF 
              MANY

         3.  Kung di man maabot ang sales and collection target, masaya sana ang marami dahil walang target at walang qualifiers

              1.  Spot discount:

                   5%  -  for the buyers on the spot, to be evidenced by a spot cash discount

                   2%     for the seller, spot also evidenced by OCV

                   2.5%   for the office staff:

                              1.4 %  for the CMO

                              0.4% for the CSS 1/CSS2

                              0.2% for the 3ffb staff

                             PAYABLE IN CHECK BY SEPARATE CV  Monthly not later than 15th of following month (not in the ppt)

      2.  Bonus incentive:   (for cash payment of remaining balance)  KUNG GUSTO NANG BAYARAN NG CUSTOMER ANG ALL OF THE REMAINING BALANCE

                 
                For the customer -   2.5%  discount to be evidenced by SOA ledger and discount voucher (sariling print muna, kung maraming

                      For the SBU          -   2.0% incentive   (ibigigay monthly by CV) on the following month not later than the 15th.
                              1.5% for the CMO
                              0.75 for CSS 1

           3.  Qualifiers apply:

           For 3fjm staff:
1.Completed backlogs:     posting, ledgers, CDB CRB
        all updated and current
2.With aging reports;
3.Using new Chart of Accounts, numbered accounts
4.Complete 3f staff,  SBU staff
5.Walang pasaway at well trained;  pasado sa mga exams
6.No Class C and D offense
7.Not a single absence during the award period
8.Complete compliance with daily text report, email reports
9.Balansiado mga book of accounts
              


              For SBU

             
1.No Class C and D offense;
2.Complete staff  (Hire now)
3.No backlogs:  daily reports blog posting,  CMOs report, SBU report, Bests, Tribute, documents delivered promptly;   reflection on CMO and CSS 1 admin plan
4.90% achievement of collection target (past campaigns)
5.100% attendance during the awards period (say quarter)
6.FOR SAA -  completion of marketing plan before end
       of 2017


       ALL IN THE SPIRIT AND MINDSET OF ABUNDANCE, we shall be rewarded with plenty.  Like in the miracle of multiplication of loaves of bread and fish, we 
       working and praying together in the absence of complaints and negativism be able to attain sales and collection target and reap our REWARDS here on earth
       at Holy Gardens

      HR work hard on the SBUs and 3f completing their qualifiers

Proposed Incentives for Destiny Planners;

Draft Proposal

Objectives:

1.  To recruit more sellers;

2.  To motivate and reach sales targets

3.  To encourage sellers to stay long with the company


Definition of terms:

Total Cash Receipt:   Gross Receipt of customer payment which include the com, discount and Travelling allowance.

Net Cash receipt is  Cash receipt:   less

Many of our additional incentives is based on the NCR

1.  Recruitment and training incentive

              P200.00 for every trainee who pass the exams and the recruiters

              free food (lunch for trainees for 3 days)

             P1,000  + certificate for top notchers in exam, 500 for the Sales Director

2.   Sales:

         1.    Monthly

            Ice breaker award   -    P1,000 for every branch, first sale for the month

            Full dp (20%)     -   P300.00 for plots (or annual payments for memorial plan

            Spot cash    -        2% of NLP provided the discount is less 5% or less, 1% only if sagad or                                          higher ang discount                      

           Small achievers award

                      BASED ON NET CASH RECEIVED (net of com if spot cash, PC, VAT, IF,                                      Transportation Collection allowance

Total costs would be about 5 to 7% of sales.    5% would come from ME, and 2% would come from GAI
