WHO AM I
by: Casting Crown

It's a song about how the God of the universe takes the time to love each person, individually. About how God knows my name and all about me. It's a personal thing. I really like this song. It tells me that even though I might think that I seem insignificant in the grand scheme of life, that God would have sent his son to die even if I were the only person. It is amazing how great his love is for us. -  Helen

It is amazing how much GOD loves us.
Jesus freely came to be tortured and killed to buy our pardon.- Maricho

It is blessed that a God so big could love and want someone so infinitesimal to Him.
I will always be in awe that God would send His Son to die so He could have a relationship with me. - Mercy

The writer felt insignificant when he compared himself to God because there was such difference between such an awesome, mighty, holy, and all-powerful being and just a mere human sinner that doesn't feel worthy of God's love.- Myron

In relation to our job

WHO AM I - Not because of who i am but because of what you've done

TOPIC

FROM GOOD TO GREAT  by: Jim Collins

Your company can be great: if you have: DISCIPLINED PEOPLE, with DISCIPLINED THOUGHTS, and DISCIPLINED EXECUTION.

In related to our topic Obey Discipline is one of the most important in our company it is a pattern of behavior where you choose to do what you should do. Rather that what you want to do.

Discipline is one of the corn stone to living a successful and fulfilling  life and something we should all strive to master.

: Zero Tolerance

May observed na bagong infringement sa Calamba:

1.  Kulang na balloons 17 lang ang dala out of 24 na ordered (Has this been going on?)

2.  May tambak na lupa sa tabi ng tent.  (Binanggit na ito sa conference)

When confronted, texted, Lennie said di niya alam

According to Nestor Tan removed EVP of RCBC, the $81 million happened because of tax internal

control collusion and non compliance with procedure. To avoid such problem, while we accept

human weakness, THERE SHOULD BE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR NON COMPLIANCE AS IN

CALAMBA, OTHERWISE WE HAVE ENDLESS PROCESSION OF ACCIDENTS. ANGRY

CUSTOMERS AND LOST SALES. DO WE UNDERSTAND ZERO TOLERANCE?

Zero tolerance: is a way to eliminate undesirable behavior. In other words, it is a policy that provides an automatic punishment for violating company rules. Also, these policies keep those in managerial roles from 'bending' the rules or to use their own discretion.

zero tolerance

the policy of applying laws or penalties to even minor infringements of a code in order to reinforce
 its overall importance.

What is the importance of PISO?

BE a BIDDA: "BELIEVE, INSPIRE, DREAM, DO ACHIEVE"

There was this movie starring Robin Padilla and Regine Velasquez.   Robin was the adopted son of Eddie Garcia, and Regine married the adopted father Eddie Garcia, an hacendero.

One time, Robin and Regine were conversing and she asked why Robin was always flipping a one peso coin on his hand.  Robin answered that the one peso coin was given by the Don (Eddie Garcia) to remind him:

       1.  To be frugal and pay attention to small amounts that can be saved;

       2.  To be humble and start small

       3. To work harder to rise above the P1 coin.

It thus enervated and motivated him to work harder.  Are you?
