OBJECTIVES:
1.      To prolong useful life of vehicles;
2.      To decrease repair cost and equipment breakdown;
3.      To provide prevent sudden breakdown of vehicle.

WHAT:             LOGBOOK FOR TOTAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

            The following shall be regularly logged/recorded and inspected for replacement and repairs of vehicle.

  1. TPM is very important in all operations, since we are practicing cost reduction it is the best way on how to control our operating expenses. We will execute this TPM properly for our monitoring.

  2. Thank you for posting this. This is sort of reminder to us. Other matters like TPM logbook was consistently done by Carlo. We will improve the logbook for 1 to 3 -- the correct log format. I will make sure that regular and proper logging was being done. And I will check this regularly.
