1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

Self development is a steps to be better. It is about learning new skills and avoiding the bad habits. In an organization, sometimes we must be goal oriented and be very obedient to do the things we must do in able to achieve the objectives, mission and vision of the company. It is not only the company will benefit but also our self.
