REGISTRATION  OF PRIVATE PLOTS MAINTENANCE CONTRACTORS

Objectives:

1.  To stop alleged practice of employees and staff employing private plots maintenance contractor;

2.  To promote efficiency and integrity among our staff by having them focus on their jobs;

3.  To level up beauty and achievement of the SBU for sales and beautification

What:   REGISTRATION OF PRIVATE PLOTS MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR

All private plots maintenance contractors, ie those outside workers unknown to us who maintain plots of our customers for a fee on monthly basis must register and disclose the extent of their business at our memorial parks

This is for the period September 15 to 30 only.  Those who fail to register shall not be allowed to do business in our parks

All those without ids shall likewise not be allowed  to enter the park

      Procedure:

    1.  Our office staff must post this memo, call for a meeting.

    2.  The private contractors must disclose the following:

         Their name           address

         Their customers;  plot number

         Amount of fees charged

         Doing this activity since:

         Sponsors referrals 

    3. They shall be issued ID with their latest pictures which shall contain their names, address, SSS  and TIN if they have

       Conditions:

1. They are subject to CCD of the company;

2.  They will register with SG every time they enter or leave the park;  they are allowed to work 6 am to 6 pm for security reasons

3.  That they represent that they are not working for any contractor, supplier or staff of the company

4.  They will cooperate with our GT to maintain beauty , cleanliness, safety and security of the park.  They will report robbers, help clean the park, and gather trash

5. That they are only private contractors and there is no employee employer relationship and that they are responsible for their own health safety and security. They will be responsible for the taxes and permits that may be required by both local and national govt.
