HGLUMP AM Talk September 2, 2016

Daily Bread: 
For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son. 

Things Learned:

God is our carver and we are His masterpiece. He created us in conformance of the image of His Son.
 Let Him shape us according to His will. We may experience pain on the process; experience different 
struggles and challenges in our life which test our faith and mold us to be better individuals. Let us
 trust His plans for us and let us submit ourselves to Him.

In relation to our job, we may experience challenges on dealing with different types of clients with
 different personalities. We must ABE (always be explaining) until they understand what we are
 trying to imply. Their may be complaints which will help us improve our services, to be better
 company which will serve them. Let us open our cap and learn new things.

    Training orientation is a way to carve the newly hire employee to be the best and to ensure that the new employee has the basic knowledge required to perform the job satisfactory.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
