The decision-making process usually comes from a dialogue about standardization, which builds understanding among employees of how they should do the work..

The 5S can help each and everyone of us to maintain our working place to be clean. It can be easily for us to work/moved freely. Our things that we usually used will be place near of us, those thing should be organized.
