     Plots +   Funeral Service

     Ash crypts + Funeral Service and Cremation

Qualifiers:

1.   100% on time submission of PPA

2.    CMS is now fully operational

3.  100% understanding and passing of exams of 

      use of bundled forms

      sales of bundles

4.  BC has been constructed

5.  Crematorium has been installed.

PANGASINAN IS URGED TO HAVE THE BC AND CREMATORIUM CONSTRUCTED ASAP.

LA UNION, IS LIKEWISE  URGED TO COMPLETE CMS AND CREMATORIUM

CALAMBA IS URGED TO HAVE THE CMS OPERATIONAL.

HAMP IS URGED TO HAVE THEIR CREMATORIUM BUILT TOO.

Benefits;

5% com (post paid) for CMO for packages she has sold personally

1% ORC

2.5% for CSS 1 and CSS 2, Spiritual counsellors

Normal commission post paid for other agents.

0.5% ORC FOR GM

Administrative matters:

This office together with RCC will finalize the bundles and prizes.
