Subject  Collection of Fees for Assignment of Plots for Use of Dead Relatives and third parties

Objectives:

1.  To increase sales;

2.  To slow down widespread use of ARU for use of dead relatives to avoid at need prices.

We have noted that many of our customers avoid the at need price of 20% by having someone with a plot have the ARU for them to avoid at need price, and simply replace the plot with pre need plots.

Effective October 1, 2016, we shall charge P1,000 for every ARU.
