BE a BIDDA: "BELIEVE, INSPIRE, DREAM, DO ACHIEVE"
Organization spend a great deal of time building trust and morale among their people: team building, meeting, branch visits, rewards and incentives.
While others build, others destroy; while others create, others stifle.
Do we support good leadership and good management practices. Despite being member of a family, the people are being aligned vs one another and being made to be spice against one another.
Do we tolerate lies? Nothing saps the organization more than lies....or allowing lies to circulate

How to win friends and influence people -we failed to discuss this

Subject: How to win Friends and Influence People
We failed to discuss this topic. It is important that our CSS are sincere honest and do not engage in misconduct as : COMPLAINING, CRITICIZING, OR CONDEMNING. We added a fourth one (CHIZMIZ)
I suppose that our CSS and CMO are practicing this.
As I observe this, one notable example that is happening in our SBU where parties are engaged in a lot of hearsay that have been causing a lot of troubles and disorder, and worse of all demoralizing. Many of our staff: in Calapan, La Union, and possibly in Calamba have been lost because of one person who is has been unstoppable in spreading hearsays.
We have been very timid in filing cases in observance of 4Cs denied. because this a bad business practice
