WE WERE NOT ABLE TO HAVE A FINALIZED CORPORATE/MARKETING PLAN FOR 2012.
IN THEIR ABSENCE, WE CAN ONLY WISH FOR THE FOLLOWING:

1.   Better work attitudes:
      l.  Right execution. as per standard
      2.  Execution right away/  submission of work on agreed deadlines
      3.  Communication always(mga tinetext ineemail di sumasagot/di sumusunod sa sinasabi)
      4.   Feedback
      5.  More malasakit
      6.  More checking and follow up by officers
      7.  Doing things not out of compliance or regret
       8.  Not leaving work unless complete
       9,  Faster -  work does not take a year and is still incomplete


2.  Better customer service
      l.  More service improvements
      2.  Complete service
      3.  Documents submitted on time


3.  Compliance with routine:
     l.  ID
    2.  Uniform, business suit
    3.  Routine daily reports
    4.  Performance evaluation
    5.  Reporting on time, daily
    6.  Leave, absence availment

4.   Hiring
    1.  Hiring best people
    2.  Completion of plantilla
   

5.  Training
   l.  constant training
   2.book reports
   3.  follow up of what is learned.

Acknowledge sir, this 2012 is year of the Dragon, they are passionate in all they do and they do things in grand fashion.We will be like a dragon to make our SBU and business be successful and productive. We will leave our bad habits that we use to do last 2011, we will be matured enough with the duties and responsibilities to move on for this year.

I will comply on all instructions and communications will be replied and acted once. I will complete the staff in HGGMP and will monitor and give feedback on all pending items under my responsibilities.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
